To build the capacity of a group of women so that they could actively participate in the governance systems and decision making at local level; Social workers involved in this process have increased their capacities needed to deepen and consolidate the approach. The model is replicated and deepened at community level. Issues of gender justice are integrated into the consolidation and mainstreaming of the model. Conflict transformation and LCP are used to address the obstacles to just peace in the process of mainstreaming the model.
